2 string cheese
two pieces tilapia
small amount of spinach
sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped cream
protein shake

loads of fluids

tons of walking around the casino

4 doses of vitamins and an extra iron

lol  I try to be consistent but every now and then I blow a gasket...like tonight with the cookies and martinis.
