B- tuna fish on cheese crisp
L - filling of Vietnamese pork & chicken sandwich, lumpia
S- double protein thai tea, half of Adkins coconut bar
S2 - piece of cake - only redeeming quality is that it had cream cheese frosting.
D - probably some fast food - maybe BK double cheeseburger
VITES: on track, bedtime & proferrin pending
FLUIDS: need to drink at least another 20 oz
EXERCITES: probably will do 45+ minutes on treadmill (C25K) and elliptical trainer.
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156
