Thanks for your message momfirst...It has been almost a year for me...lots of ups and downs...nothing too serious...been on plateaus and stalls but kept forging ahead...those last 10lbs to goal were something else...my scale (the enemy) just didnt want to give up the pounds...I am still wanting to go below my goal weight in case of bounce back...thanks again..
