...room on the Loser's Bench, that is!

Bright and early on the morning of Feb. 27, 2012, it looks like I will be getting my DS with Dr. Al Spaw in Nashville, TN. It's quite unbelievable, really, and hasn't sunk in that IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN for me. I am terribly excited in some moments, and in others, terribly afraid. Gah!

Thanks so much to those of you who've taken your time and energy answering my questions and providing feedback (and will continue doing so), and especially to Ms. Batt who first uttered the letters "DS" in one of my posts way back when.

Please wish me luck as I begin this incredible and mysterious journey into the Land of the DS. Hmm...I just had an image of Saint Peter welcoming me with a platter of bacon and a side of butter; I wonder which of you would be Saint Peter in DS Land?
