D - white chicken chili w/saltines
S - CarbSmart ice cream
VITES: (Vitalady's DS plan w/tweaks for my labs)
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done
EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

10 donut holes (I really didn't want to admit to that)
5 ounces shredded cheese made in to cheese crisps
blt dip
6 pieces cheddar
5 pieces montery jack
double protein shake
half a package shirataki noodles with cheese sauce (may finish eating this up tonight)
lots of fluids
15 minute walk but need to do somethign else tonight even if it is just arm weights during Glee.
4 doses of vitamins in, gonna take one more then iron before bed.
