Krogers low carb carrot cake yogurt

getting ready to make some tilapia and shrimp with queso and maybe some creamed spinach
4 vitamins in
just 15 minutes walking today but feel like doing something else so probably the resistance bike while dinner is in the oven.
Forgot to add a triple protein shake on the drive home too.

(no, I'm not taking Calcium, only because I forget...will make that a point to start, since I'm in "starting" mode now)

Exercites: I'm excited to say, I started Brazil Butt Lift this morning...at 6 freaking AM! Now I was only able to do about 1/2 of the 35 min workout, but it's a start. The fact that I got up at 5:45 is amazing in itself.
MORAL OF THIS DAY....IS DON'T EAT AT FREAKING SUBWAY!!! I knew it was high, but I seriously had no freaking idea how high!!! Next time, I'll get the same, but as a salad, with oil and vin!!!
I'm very very ashamed to say, I never really looked at it. DAMN... I know now! ugh!
No one has to beat me up, cus I'm doing it myself!

Anyway...suggestions would be appreciated. (I know I can Google it, but I want one that someone already uses and enjoys and can find things with common names..."Subway" for example! LOL)
