guess winter is really hear.  man was it cold out today.

double protein coffee
hot roast beef samich (1/2 of bottom bun only)
corned beef and melted swiss on gf crackers (toasted)
cashews
2 hershey's kisses
double protein coffee
hamburger w/cheddar cheese (bottom of bun only)
few oven baked fries
peanuts
3 donut holes

before bed:  another protein coffee

vites: all in
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

Hey Guys-

Weak on Saturday, but a decent Sunday

B- Plain Greek Yogurt with some Splenda, and berries
S- Spinash Salid, cheese, and balsamic dressing
L- Cheese, hamburger pattie, with mustard, and maya....(zero carbs)
S- Popcorn
S- M & M ( during my drive from the grocery store,darn is groceries expensive)
D- Sausage with mustard and maya
S- Small greek yogurt with splenda, and berries
S- Looking forward to some popcorn, yes again

This week I did very well, I was able to drop my holiday weight, just by keeping an eye on my carb intake and eating as much protein as I can.  It was very easy.

Yes 6 ( 175 to 169) pound off from last week, things are going excellent.  Hopefully I will be able to reach my goal. Short term goal is 165, and long term is 155, and I will be happy.  I might be happy at 165, not sure.  I just want to where a size 6 very comfortable. Now I'm a good 8 I guess. Really have bought any close, but 10 are big.  Plus 155 sounds good to me. The number just sounds good. Who would have known I would be in 150's

Sounds like you're doing really well. I'm envious. My goal and current weight is the same as yours and I wear 14's.

Sunday

Double protein shake
fried queso fresca and 5 slices bacon
lots of pepperoni crisps and even more cheese crisps with blt dip spread out all throughout day
few pieces of monterry jack cheese
4 mini chocolate chip cookies
4 carb smart ice cream bars throughout the day

3 doses of vitamins in
lots of water and G2 today
