Something's wrong with me: drowsiness & fatigue

I messed this post up and made people think I was only eating one meal a day.

I re-wrote the post, as well as adding standard ranges to my lab results, and reposted at this link:

If you have advice for me on th drowisness/fatigue, please post it to that thread and let this one die.

I apologize for my lack of clarity, it's part of my ongoing problem. My lack of energy seems to have affected my ability to communicate effectively.

Things to check:
Iron
Thyroid
Seasonal Affective Disorder, in which case an anti depressant is prescribed.

I have issues with the bottom two and take Synthroid and Paxil CR but am looking to get off the Paxil post DS.

1.  Please add normal ranges to your lab sheet.

2.  Why do you think one huge meal should be lasting you a whole day?  When you eat a lot, in order to deal with all the food, calories, nutrients being dumped in at once, your body diverts a ton of blood to your GI system instead of to your arms, legs, brain and it can make you kinda drowsy.

3.  You mentioned nothing about your other meals...?

#2 - I also thought this was bizarre - wouldn't anyone be exhausted after consuming 200g of protein in a single sitting?

I'm with Kayla and wonder about spreading your food throughout the day. That kind of food in the morning would knock out most people! Some people think we do not absorb all of our protein like that, in one sitting. Might be best to keep your blood sugar steady throughout the day, too. You're not a food camel!

Also, I did not look at your labs, but I would say iron could be a culprit.

200 g of protein in one meal?!  I'm lucky if I can get past 100g protein in a whole day!!

I can speak to one thing you wrote - one meal a day?! Nooooo, the body cannot sustain itself that way. You should be spreading that 200g of protein throughout the day, incorporating your complex carbs in, at least 3x a day.
