S - 2 poached eggs and protein coffee (30g)
S - 2 deviled eggs
S - 1/2 bagel w/cream cheese
- protein shake (30g)
S - fresh salsa and nachos
D - a few bites of beef brisket w/pan gravy, collards, lima beans and red taters
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES: (Vitalady's DS plan w/tweaks for my labs)
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting  

EXERCITES:
laundry and house work

carb master yogurt
couple of pepperoni chips and cheese crisps with blt dip
chili, venison, pork, cheese, salami, more cheese, and cheesecake at the HADS potluck

carb smart ice cream bar

lots to drink
three doses of vitamins in

 Hi all
B- bacon and eggs
Snack- peanuts
Lunch- pork roast salad 
No snack
Dinner-left over pork roast - 2 bites of a brownie
Water intake- 50 ish ounces still working on it
Vits- all in except night dose
No excersise-- I give myself a break on the weekends from swimming
Unless I want to count shopping :)
