S - Fage yogurt w/blue berries and protein coffee (30g)

S - Asian pear
D - chicken thigh, rice, BBQ sauce and coleslaw
S - glass of wine

VITES: (Vitalady's DS plan w/tweaks for my labs)
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting 

EXERCITES:
1  -15 minute walk

Yesterday
half a bagel with a of cream cheese
salt lick bbq brisket
salsa and chips at the local tex mex place
grilled tilapia with two fried shrimp - breading removed, and some steamed broccoli/cauliflower
mississippi mud pie
double protein shake

probably not enough fluids, just a few bottles

only one dose of vitamins

walked up and down flight of stairs with 36 stairs twice each plus then had to run from concourse E at IAH to concourse C in less than 10 minutes.


Today
double protein shake
carbmaster yogurt
7 slices bacon
baby bel cheese
slice of colby jack
more baby bel
two table spoons cream cheese
couple pieces of ham
broth and a few noodles from ramen noodles
triple protein shake
10 hershey kisses
shrimp and scallops from local Chinese place with a few veggies
couple of nuked pepperoni
will have a carbsmart ice cream bar later for dessert

Lots of water/g2 today

4 doses of vitamins in

15 minute walk at work

Still a good job all in all. Gotta get the vitamin and fluids thing down. That's so hard when you're traveling. I don't know how the folks do it that are constantly on the road and in the air.

yay........it's friday!!!!     while i was eating dinner I got sick - weird crazy nauseous - like you wished you would just throw up  to stop the nausea.  i laid down fell asleep and missed my last vites and protein shake.  very strange.

double protein coffee
hard boiled egg
2 sausage patties
cashews
chicken/wild rice soup
half sandwich on rye /lebanon bologna & swiss
sunflower seeds
few sugar babies
double protein coffee
4-6 cheesy steak fries
1/4 of pizza cheese steak (mostly the guts eaten -not too much roll)

fluids:  a decent 80+ oz

I have been trying to get in my water/liquids at a minimum of 64oz PLUS a day
Still working on getting all of my vitamins in... that is a work in progress
