Hey Gina,
Curious do you measure your popcorn, how much do you normally eat?  For an evening snack I usually can eat a bag, but I make mine the old school way with grease and a pot.

I get the snack size bag so i don't over do it. I can eat a whole big bag if given the chance. Pop Secret Movie Theater Butter or something like that.

Triple protein shake
1 slice provolone, slice of roast beef
bacon caesar salad (ate about half the romaine and three slices bacon with dressing)
1.5 large chocolate chip cookies (bad mistake)
beautiful piece of cod
half of a piece of turtle cheesecake

lots of water and decaf today (maybe a little too much on the decaf)

three doses of vitamins (waiting on doing my middle dose until I can figure out which pill isn't agreeing with me).

Exercise was running around the airport today - dang Bush airport is huge and I was on the wrong concourse so I had to go walking back and forth a couple of times

Another day of meetings tomorrow but I have already ordered my breakfast roomservice of a triple order of bacon and a cup of decaf. I want to protein up before I head down to the meeting because they are only serving a continental bfast.

Room service is a great idea.  Can't stand hotel continental breakfasts. I hope you can figure out what's bother your stomach. Some folks have trouble with zinc. Some folks react if there's the least amount of magnesium oxide in their calcium...

Hi all--



B - 2 eggs with tons of cheese and two sausage patties



S1 - Tuna salad on cheese crisps



S2 - Cream cheese on cheese crisps



L - Tuna salad on cheese crisps



S3- Cheese crisps and cream cheese, two grilled chicken breast strips



D - Tacos (just the meat and fixings, no shells or tortillas. I went back for three servings!)



S4 - Sugar free chocolate jello pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk
