This is helpful however I was looking for personal responses as to what worked best for particular persona. I had the pleasure of sharing info with another gal who had hers with dr U which will be my surgeon and she had stated the first few days broth and jello was wonderful. Since I had a near complete gastrectomy due to post op complications, I'm probably not the best person to answer this for you. I guess the only real major change for me is that I eat way more protein and keep my carbs around 75 or less a day. I do try to keep white flour out of my diet because of gas and flatulence. That's been my biggest change.
