I made my appointment today with our NUT for my last labs review with her on the 24th.
She was one of the few good ones. :(

L - protein shake (30g)

D - chili w/rice

Proferrin: pending

evenin' all.  gina, how did you do with the p28 bread?

double protein coffee
sunflower seeds
sm piece of leftover steak dragged through mayo
hard boiled egg
peanuts
double protein decaf coffee
2 home made tacos.  heavy on the meat.  corn taco shells/salsa/cheddar cheese/ black olives
2" x 2" pc of fresh coconut cake
pistachios
fixing another protein coffee in a few minutes

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  a most comfortable 80+ oz

P28 bread works for me. I only have 1 piece a weekend but so far so good.

   Where did you get the P28 bread?
   Do you like it better than the Julian breads?
   I may have to get me a loaf after my next paycheck if it isn't too expensive with shipping added.

Some stores carry it but I had to order online. It's higher in carbs than Julian but I like the flavor better.

Hello everybody--

It's been hard sticking out this LC thing, but I'm down 5 lbs already! Totally worth it!


B - 4 XL eggs scrambled with tons of cheese and a sausage pattie

S1 - Tuna salad on cheese crisps

S2 - mock cream cheese danish

L - Tuna salad on cheese crisps

D - Three flounder fillets baked in herb/butter sauce with a side of cheesy broccoli

D2- Egg drop soup with some chicken breast thrown in for good measure

S3 - Sugar free chocolate jello pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk

HI Guys, Not a bad day all in all!

B - 2 scrambled eggs with heavy cream and shredded cheese, 4 slices bacon, coffee with hc
L - deli meat, cheese cubes, atkins shake, piece fried chicken
S - pepperoni chips dipped in mayo
D - subway double meat and cheese flat bread, diet coke
S - fage yoghurt and sf jello

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!
