Hey Guys, had a pretty good day food wise. Got to walk the dogs down by the lake as the weather was beautiful today!

B - slice julian cinnamon raisin bread toasted with butter, cream cheese and sf jam, coffee with Hc
S - pepperoni chips and ranch dressing
L - coronation chicken salad
S - venti iced coffee with Hc, cheese cubes
D - leftover butter chicken and 2 spoons rice
S - will be fage yoghurt and sf jello while watching intervention!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

I should come down there and visit. We had snow today that didn't stick just snarled up traffic. Nice Bites. Looks like you're on track.

Hi guys--

I ate a lot today. I'm sure I left something off of this list!


B - Two franks and two string cheese sticks

S - Grilled chicken breast strips (3 large pieces)

L - two scrambled eggs with loads of cheddar cheese and a sausage pattie

L2- the rest of that sausage quiche from yesterday

S2- Chicken broth with diced chicken

D - Almost two whole steaks with cheesy broccoli

S - Sugar free chocolate jello pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk

B - 1 cheese on toast & decaf tea
L - paneer and peas curry & mung soupy curry
S - cheese & nuts
S - protein shake (36g)
D - 2 veg sausages, 1 piece grilled halloumi, corn on the cob & salad
S - protein shake (36g)
S - 2 toasts with butter, chocolate spread & jam (reduced sugar) & decaf tea

fell asleep before i could have my 3rd protein shake!

Ok, gotta squeeze that 3d shake in today. Watch the bread...easy to over do 'cause it's so easy to fix and eat.
