B - Two franks and two string cheese sticks
S - Grilled chicken breast strips (3 large pieces)
L - two scrambled eggs with loads of cheddar cheese and a sausage pattie
L2- the rest of that sausage quiche from yesterday
S2- Chicken broth with diced chicken
D - Almost two whole steaks with cheesy broccoli
S - Sugar free chocolate jello pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk
