I'm scared to count my protein because I'm worried I may not be eating enough (still don't have any protein shakes to help supplement). The quiche I made is all egg, cheese and sausage, so I think I got a lot of protein there...
B - Two franks and two string cheese sticks
S - Two breakfast sausage patties
L - Italian sausage quiche (from a low carb recipe on linda's site. Been snacking on this all day)
D - Baked flounder with side of broccoli in cheddar sauce
S - Sugar free chocolate jello pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk
VITES:
morning batch: done
afternoon: done
evening: done
night: pending
275/266/150 (and shrinking)

You did the right thing. When you start taking vitamins post-op, start slowly and add a couple of vitamins every few days until you can get the whole plan in. There's no rush and hydration is your first priority. When you start taking the iron, go even slower than the others.
