double protein shake
fried queso w/ sf syrup and 5 slices bacon
blt dip with low carb tortilla chips
2 butter seared scallops with a couple of spinach leaves
more fried queso w/sf syrup and 2 slices of bacon
carb smart ice cream bar
sf pistachio pudding with protein added (about 1/4 box)

fluids - at least 80 oz
Exercise - some gardening, garage cleaning and moving things outside

4 doses of vitamins in so far, will try to do another dose of copper, calcium and magnesium before bed.

hope everyone had a fantastic weekend. the weather here was beautiful and warm for january.  bottomless pit here today.  no joke.  i can't believe what i ate.

double protein coffee
slice of lebanon bologna
bacon samich - 1 slice ww toast - ton of mayo - 7 - 8 slices bacon all crammed on
pistachios
late brunch w/ gf. i ate little bits of every thing.  it was incredible:
italian sausages
meatball
****tail shrimp
roasted peppers
antipasto platter (veggies & meats)
gnocchi w/ sm chicken cutlet
smoked fish
2 home made cookies
pineapple slice
5 - 6 grapes
1/2 very small slice of cheesecake
protein coffee
leftover manwich scooped up w/ fritos and topped with cheddar cheese
peanuts
later on another protein coffee (maybe)

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  a most excellent 100+ oz

dang i sure did eat a ton of food today.  yum-o for sure!

B - 1 cheese on toast, decaf tea & total yogurt with blue berries
L - veggie mince curry

D - coccinia grandis curry, mung curry, 2 table spoons of rice pudding with a quater piece of chapati
S - protein shake

I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Do you do ok with diet sodas? Took me some time to start to be able to drink soda.

hey majormom,

i starting drinking diet coke during my 4th month (i'm on my 6th month now). 

so far, my tummy seems to be doing ok: it hasn't caused any gass pains, extra farting or d
iarrhea either - thank goodness!

i just recently realised if i have splenda sugar - i definitely go straight to the toilet! i have my tea without sweetners now. i have splenda sugar with my coffee or double cream once in a while when i'm desperate.
