life is getting in the way of my posting regularly here.  having trouble w/ Internet service.  can't really access the pro boards.

was in a meeting from 10-5.  who needs to talk that long?   [sighhh]
got stuck in a traffic jam on way home for 1 1/2 hours.  terrible accident.  watched them put the covered body on the stretcher.  that really shook me up.  feel so bad for the family and loved ones.

double protein coffee
toppings off 2 slices of pepperoni pizza w/ a bite of crust
double protein coffee
couple spoonfuls of seafood bisque
good size piece of flounder
broccoli
1/2 home made cinnamon roll
guts of a slice of blueberry pie

fell asleep missed bedtime vites

what a messed up day
