i usually don't eat in front of him - except for dinner (family eat together). he hasn't said anything about my appetite yet - but i have a feeling he'll bring it up very soon again!
i havn't told him how much i weigh and how much i've lost even though he's asked me many many times - he's a little pissed off about that:P

I missed 1 dose of supplements this afternoon but may sneak them in with the nighttime dose.

The only exercise I got was having all 6 grandkids today. Busy little bunch!

I'm not sure how much protein I got in today, but I think I did pretty well considering that I had no protein shakes.
B - Brok's pizza, two franks and one string cheese stick
S - The breast and some leg off of a whole costco rotisserie chicken
L - three scrambled eggs with cheese and a sausage pattie
D - Brok's pizza (lots of protein)
D2- Chicken broth with chicken breast thrown in
S - Sugar free chocolate jello pudding made with heavy cream instead of milk
