S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - NutThins and cheese
D - rib eye steak
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting in a few

EXERCITES:
3  - 15 minute walks

You are so consistent, I'm always amazed. How's the return to basics working for you?


So far today:
B - double protein shake
S - grits with cheese and butter
L - double protein shake
S - slice of colby, piece of bacon
S - couple bites of fruit cake (not a good idea)
D - fried queso fresco with sf syrup and sf jam
S - cheese

May have a carb smart bar later as well as some more of the friend queso

Vites - 3 batches down, 2 to go
Exercise - office running around today but will do some bike or treadmill tonight.

lol  Most say I'm boring but I like my rut. I've dropped 3 solid pounds since New Years. One more to be back where I was pre-holidays 2 more to be where I was this same time last year. Thanks.

Evening Gina.

B- one egg cheese omlet.
S- protein hot chocolate.
L- tuna salad sat pretty on top of a couple of cheese squares.
S- protein hot chocolate and 1/2 deviled egg.
S- another protein hot chocolate.
D- corned beef, a bite of cooked cabbage and 1/2 deviled egg.
S- I think it may be a carb smart bar or dill pickle

Fluids and all vites in. Actually I have been very thirsty today and have gone over. Yeah me!

Exercise in the form of walking.

Looking good, Fran. Very nice Bites.

You know what I discovered this week?  Hot chocolate raspberry protein coffee! Makes good hot protein chocolate raspberry with no coffee too. Almost a scoop and a half of Syntrax Nectar protein powder and a teaspoon or so of 4 Ever Fit Fruit Blast Black Raspberry protein powder. I use 1/2 & 1/2 to blend the slurry and add hot liquid to it. Yummy!

JoAnna brought Vitalady samples to support group and I grabbed 2 of the raspberry.
