B - double protein shake
S - cheese and bacon
S - blt dip with low carb tortilla chips
L - more of the above
D - low carb pizza with ground beef, bacon, onion and green olives plus a side of ranch dressing
S - three chocolate covered cherries

Exercise - 40 minute bike ride plus bonus for natural vitamin D, tons of house cleaning today
Vites - 3 doses down, another one upcoming in 30 minutes

Forgot to add a container of Kroger carb master yogurt too.   First time I have tried that and will go back to get some more.   I usually have problems with Greek yogurt but this went down well and stayed down which is always a surprise for me.

much much better day.  nice and relaxing.  slept in, time with dh, dinner with some girl friends.

2 egg sausage omelet
slice of fried ham

tuna salad w/hard boiled egg
pistachios
red lobster for dinner:
lobster bisque soup
steak
shrimp skewers
part of a baked potato
picked at a cheddar biscuit
broccoli
double protein coffee
2"x2" pc of coconut cake

vites:  all on schedule
fluids:  90+ oz by bedtime
