Am I supposed to stay away from vitamins containing oil like vitamin A with fish oil?

Thanks Happy :D. The wording on the site made it seem like the shipping charge and time frame for delivery were undefinable so I was not comfortable ordering. So it costs you $30 for shipping? How long does it take for the order to reach you?
