Interesting ricotta blend for breakfast. How do you like it and how do you make it?

Hey Gina! My computer wont be here until a guestimate of the 13th so I can't copy/paste the link not recipe. I found it one day and wanted to try it. Was missing a hot breakfast cereal at times. It is different but I did like it. You could also add sf caramel syrup to it but I didn't have any. If you type in "low carb hot pumpkin cereal" in your search engine it should pop up. It had ricotta cheese, egg, pumkin and flax seed meal in it. I also put nutmag and cinnamin in it. You do not have to add the flax seed meal in it. I did have to thin it down a little with water. Try it!

Good evening, all.

BITES: 
B - green curry in coconut milk  with veggies & chicken, half of a coconut & pecan encrusted chicken kabob. (60)
S- Protein shake (29)
L-Too busy for full meal, so nibbled on  half Rockin' Roll bar, serving of PB pretzels, handful of almonds.  (20)
D- Rotel & chicken cheesy casserole along with low carb tortilla (50)
S - maybe some popcorn or CarbSmart bar
    Around 165 protein, 50 net carbs.

VITES:  done except for bedtime and proferrin batches.
EXERCITES:  some type of cardio for 30 minutes.

Eat when you can and nibble if you have to. It's all good. Nice numbers today.

Hi guys--

That pizza was so good, I made another one today!

B - premier protein shake, two franks and one string cheese stick (50g)
S - two more franks and cheese (21g)
L - four scrambled eggs with cheese, loads of bacon and a sausage pattie (47g)
D - Brok's pizza (lots of protein)
D2- Chicken broth with chicken breast thrown in
S - Sugar free raspberry jello

VITES:
morning batch: done
afternoon: done
evening: done
night: done
