B - double protein shake
S - two slices of bacon, half a slice of colby
L - double protein shake
S - 3 34 degree crisps with cream cheese and 2 more with sf jam
D - sesame shrimp w/o breading
S - carb control ice cream bar

vits - 3 batches down, 2 to go

There are few things I can eat so I just keep it simple to avoid the intolerances.  I am going to pick up a loaf of the Julian bread this weekend and see what it does to me, I can deal with a litte bloating to get the protein in. 

Plus I need to start working on getting rid of my muffin and want to lose 20 more pounds before slowing down the loss by increasing quantities.

Hey Guys,
B - 1 slice cinnamon raisin julian bread with butter, cream cheese and sf jam, coffee with HC
S - pepperoni chips nuked and dipped in ranch mayo
L - chinese lo mein and some crab rangoon, diet coke
S - cheese cubes and a sf caramel breve iced latte
D - 6inch wheat subway melt with bacon and extra cheese and mayo, diet coke
S - will be fage yogurt and sf jello

Not around the house much today so ate out both meals...still enjoyed my choices!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

The low carb high protein breads are good with cream cheese, aren't they? Must be because the texture is so much like a bagel.

L - tofu in tomato gravy & salad
S - cheese & nuts & decaf tea
S - protein shake (36g)
D - mushy veggie curry (love this stuff!!) & poppadom, total yogurt with mint sauce & salad
S - mushy veggie curry & tofu in tomato gravy
S - 2 toats with butter, jam (reduced sugar) & chocolate spread, & decaf tea
S - protein shake (36g)
S - cheese, olives, cream cheese & crackers

all i can think about these past few days is food food food!!!! i'm always thinking about my next snack / meal! my dad thinks i'm eating too much and wants to me reduce my appetite...

Nothing wrong with eating or drinking protein often, try to keep the size of the snack down. Tell Dad that's just the DS way :)

B- hot ricotta cheese with pumkin and flax seed.
S- hot protein chocolate.
L- roast beef and colby cheese roll up. Dill pickle spear.
S- walnuts and hot protein chocolate.
D- crumbled burger with melted colby cheese on top.
S- I'm gonna have a carb smart bar.

All vites in as well as.the fluids.
