D - sesame shrimp w/o breading

exercise - just running at the office but will also do some treadmill or bike tonight.

Plus I need to start working on getting rid of my muffin and want to lose 20 more pounds before slowing down the loss by increasing quantities.
B - 1 slice cinnamon raisin julian bread with butter, cream cheese and sf jam, coffee with HC
S - pepperoni chips nuked and dipped in ranch mayo
L - chinese lo mein and some crab rangoon, diet coke
S - cheese cubes and a sf caramel breve iced latte
D - 6inch wheat subway melt with bacon and extra cheese and mayo, diet coke
S - will be fage yogurt and sf jello
Not around the house much today so ate out both meals...still enjoyed my choices!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

all i can think about these past few days is food food food!!!! i'm always thinking about my next snack / meal! my dad thinks i'm eating too much and wants to me reduce my appetite...
