S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (30g)

L - protein shake (30g)

D - baked fish and coleslaw

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: skipping for labs tomorrow

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks. It was way cold outside!

Hi guys--


It's been so hard trying to get back on track. All I can think about is a PB&J sandwich! I'm eating and eating all the right things but I still feel so unsatisfied .


B - premier protein shake, two franks and one string cheese stick (50g)
S - cottage cheese drizzled with a little honey (10g)
S - baked cheese crisps and tuna salad (20 g?)
L - three scrambled eggs with loads of bacon and a sausage pattie (40g)
D - Leftover Brok's pizza (lots of protein)
S - Some more cottage cheese
S - Sugar free raspberry jello

I recently scratched that same PB&J itch with 1/2 a slice of P28 bread, crunchy PB and SF grape jelly. Usually I like the P28 bread toasted with butter and cream cheese but the PB&J hit the spot that day.

Gina that sounds soooo good! All we have in the house, though is white bread, peanut butter and full sugar strawberry jelly. I've been chanting all day "must stay away from the white bread...."

Wow - that does sound good Gina.
Made with Julian bread, SF jelly, and crunch PB this should come in at around 10 - 12 net carbs.
Maybe I'll make one for breakfast tomorrow!

 B – 1 cheese and toast & decaf tea

L – cassava curry & paneer curry (was suppose to have veggie mince curry but it was way too salty!)

S – protein shake (36g)

S – cheese & nuts

D1 – mushy veggie curry, poppadom & total yogurt with mint sauce

S – protein shake (36g)

D2 - mushy veggie curry

S – cheese & olives

S – protein shake (36g)

S – chips (fries) & diet caffeine free coke

S – 1 toast with butter and jam (reduced sugar)


if an item (food) is 10g Carbs, 4 fiber, and 8g protein, does that mean that the total carb is only 6g carbs? if so, then yahoooooooooo!!!

Awesome Bites, and yep, you just calculated net carbs by subtracting the fiber.
