hey Guys,
B - 2 slices julian cinnamon & raisin bread with cream cheese & sf jam, coffee with HC
S - pepperoni nuked in microwave dipped in ranch
L - rotisserie chicken dipped in wasabi mayo, diet coke
S - more pepperonni chips
D - to be decided but probably cream of mushroom soup with shredded rotisserie chicken (Bf will have cheese stuffed crescents with his)
S - fage yoghurt with sf jam

I'm trying to get back on track with my carb consumption and exercise.
BITES:
B- green curry chicken & tofu w/ green beans & bamboo shoots, low carb thai tea. (33 protein)
Planned:
L- cheesy potato skins & crumbled bacon (49 protein)
S- protein shake (29 protein)
D- ? sandwich with leftover chicken & swiss on Julian bread ?(33 protein)
Bedtime - protein shake (30 protein)
Estimates: 182 protein, 58 carbs, ~ 950 calories absorbed.
VITES: morning and noon batch done, others pending
FLUIDS: on track.
EXERCITES: 30 on treadmill - back to couch to 5K training.
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156
