B: protein pancake (bariatric advantage) with butter, sf syrup and 5 pieces bacon
S: more bacon and cheese
L: nooodle brand mock noodles with white melting cheese (yes I ate the whole package)
S: more cheeses and bacon
D: cabbage and black eyed peas (just a little of those), more cheese and bacon
S: 2 carb control ice cream bars
S: low carb pizza with ham and cheese (1/2)
Vits - three batches in so far
Exercise - 30 minutes on resistance bike and then a two mile walk
fluids - been drinking all day
No protein drinks today, wanted to see how I did without them.

B - chips (fries) with tomato ketchup
L1 - very little lentil and veggy soup
L2 - biriyani rice & 1 stuffed chappati
D - 1 soy burger (no bread) with mayo, lettues & tomatoes
S - protein shake (36g) - changed my protein shake, i can finally tolerate different protein shakes now:) - this one has only 2.26g carbs per shake - previous brand was 10g carb per shake! yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!!
