BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
2nd B - bacon, scrambled cheesy egg w/sausage and a protein coffee (30g)
S - pistachios (handful)
L - protein shake (30g)
S - fried oysters
D - a few bites of prime rib, mustard greens, black-eyed peas, corn, mashed cauliflower, mushrooms and tater. Glass of wine.
S - apple pie and Asian pear

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done 
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin:

EXERCITES:
none

Happy New Year!

B: protein pancake (bariatric advantage) with butter, sf syrup and 5 pieces bacon
S: more bacon and cheese
L: nooodle brand mock noodles with white melting cheese (yes I ate the whole package)
S: more cheeses and bacon
D: cabbage and black eyed peas (just a little of those), more cheese and bacon
S: 2 carb control ice cream bars
S: low carb pizza with ham and cheese (1/2)

Vits - three batches in so far
Exercise - 30 minutes on resistance bike and then a two mile walk
fluids - been drinking all day

First day I didn't have any protein shakes so that was odd but it felt nice eating and eating and eating.

I think I had 6 different types of cheese today.   Even the cabbage and black eyed peas went down easy.  

Tomorrow, I don't expect it to be like this, but for today, I am happy.

Happy New Year everyone!  I am still forgetting to post here everyday but have stayed on track.  I'm down 4# since Wednesday (yay)

B-double protein shake (50g)
L-3 egg omelet with cheese (23g)
S-roast beef, carrots, salad with ranch dressing (52g)

carbs (30g)

exercise-laundry, housecleaning all day

B - chips (fries) with tomato ketchup
L1 - very little lentil and veggy soup
L2 - biriyani rice & 1 stuffed chappati 
D - 1 soy burger (no bread) with mayo, lettues & tomatoes
S - protein shake (36g) - changed my protein shake, 
i can finally tolerate different protein shakes now:) - this one has only 2.26g carbs per shake - previous brand was 10g carb per shake! yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!!

That's great news on the protein shake front. Now you can be sure to get your protein in and reduce your carbs.

too many cookies, some candy too.  (yikes)

ps -- as i'm typing oh has decided to double space between  my entries. hope it doesn't show up this way on the final post.
