hey everyone! happy new year!!!

B - 1 cheese on toast, decaf tea, & total yogurt with blueberries
L - black dhaal, 2 veg sausages, thick cream with splenda sugar and blueberries
S - protein shake (30g)
D - baked mushrooms & broccoli and peas in cream & cheese sauce

Happy New Year to you and yours, Gail. I was up at 4:30...the older dog let me sleep in for 1/2 an hour. The younger one faked sleep and let my DH sleep until 6AM.  lol

Majormom-what protein powder do you use?  I have been drinking protein coffees just to up my protein in anticipation for the upcoming surgery.  Im getting sick of them though.  I have been using the Walmart Body fortress whey isolate.
