Ugh...have got to stop the pistachios. They are way too salty and I can't seem to stop eating them.
BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - pistachios
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
D - a few bites of Chinese takeout-shrimp w/lobster sauce & a little white rice
S - maybe some more shrimp later
VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks

another day with too many carbs. Starting Monday, I'm back on track because I've seen a slight gain since I've been high carbing it.
BITES:
B: leftover pad thai with extra tofu, couple of gingersnaps
L: rest of pad thai, chicken drumstick, few fries, cranberry juice
S: double protein shake
D: probably leftover pizza sans crust
Bedtime: another shake
Total protein should be around 160.
VITES: on track
FLUIDS: 60 oz so far
EXERCITES: just walking around office and taking stairs several times.
HW - 283 SW - 257.5 Goal - 156

Waking - 1 1/2 protein coffee
Breakfast - Corn dog (it was a gas station breakfast and they were out of the good breakfast sandwiches )
Snack - Bag of Doritos
Snack - 2 oz of colby jack cheese
Lunch - Cuban sub sandwich with the top half of the bread thrown away
Snack - Bag of Ruffles potato chips
Snack - Cashews
Snack - Praline flavored Pecans
Dinner - 1 fried chicken drumstick and some potato salad
All vites done except for bedtime batch.
I drink like a fish, never have to measure it.
Mousing and typing are all the exercise I ever get...

Today I had:
Click protein drink.
Chicken thigh, blob of mashed taters with a glop of gravy.
Hamburger casserole with mixed veggies, lots of cheese.
I'm thinking about eating a couple of tangerines. Also thinking about trying ice cream for the first time. Not sure how brave (and stupid) I feel. I'll keep you posted!
Fluids are never a problem. I have been getting at least three of the four batches of vitamins and supplements in a day for the last two weeks, and will be more diligent now that my life is more like my own and less like my mother's!
