Let me know how the meat loaf turns out. I've been toying with the idea of adding a bit of almond meal to mine. My last batch of porcupine burgers turned out a lot like meat loaf. You just mix in some left over Chinese take-out rice with your ground beef and add more egg and spice it up.

I'm not sure if it's too early for me to be posting but I'm the type that needs accoutabuddies! So here it goes...

I'm 11 days out...

5 small bites of scrambled eggs with a little hollaindaise sauce on top
1 tiny bite of bacon (maybe 1/4 the size of my pinkie fingernail, really more of a taste)
20 ounces of iced tea so far
8 ounces of water so far

And that's all so far (it's 4 pm....)

Seems kind of meager when I write it down but I'm still pretty full I think....will have another few bites of egg even though they are ice cold now and I'm still in a hotel recovering...

Will try to get some more water in and then maybe a protein shake tonight if I can gag it down...I have a long way to go to get to 64 ounces of water!!

Hmmm.....I'm not doing as well as I thought....

You're doing fine but you gotta get those fluids up. Try adding a squeeze of fresh lemon to your water and sweeten to taste with Splenda. Maybe you can find some herbal tea and try it at different temps (w/ a squeeze of lemon). Hang tough!
