It's pretty good. I'm not much of a bread eater so I won't go overboard with it. It's got the consistency of a bagel. They make bagels too but I didn't get them in my shipment. Check out P28 bread on Google.

Hi Gina.
Thought I'd post here as well.

BITES: (WARNING - Juice = high carbs and is not recommended for normal DS lower carb diet.)
B: 2 pieces ham, cheesy potato skin, 16 oz cranberry juice
L: Alfredo sauce over Dreamfields rotini with 4 oz tuna, cranberry juice, piece of See's candy.
S: double protein shake, piece of swiss cheese, another potato skin
D: ???
So far about 120 grams protein, carbs way, way too high due to juice consumption.

VITES: morning, evening and bedtime done, left lunch batch at home so that will be my bedtime batch tonight.
FLUIDS: plenty
Exercites: just walking around at work.

OK...slipped a tiny bit, but still stayed at/under 40 carbs...so I consider it a successful day.

B - Protein bar (2 carbs)

Lunch - 2 eggs with a little bit of stew meat

S - One Donut hole (carbs approximately 15)

Dinner - Nachos (heavy meat and cheese/light on chips) (approximately 20 carbs)

S - Hard boiled egg

(tomorrow I'm gonna actually cook...mmm meatloaf...maybe I'll get some pork rinds to use in place of the bread crumbs)
