Hey, Gina...can I whine?
I feel like I turned the corner about 3-4 weeks ago.
. Now, with my new insurance, they don't want to cover my Nexium so I've been off it for 3 days and dying!!!!! I've tried prilosec and pepsid...no luck. Thinking of emailing Dr. K and calling my PCP. I would think "severe reflux" on a tenet UGI would count for something.

Call them now. They know how to fight insurance companies, if they can't the doc needs to come up with more options. Don't suffer.

Manyphone calls later and DH working on it too, my PCP's office gave me a three week supply of samples while theybwork on the insurance company. They did respond to the insurance co who's still considering it. My sweet DH drove an extra 40+miles just to pick up the samples, so I'm ok for the next couple of weeks.....if I survive the rest of today.
