evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
3 - 15 minute walks

B: triple protein shake (60gram)
B2: six slices of ham, one slice of cheese and 4 slices of bacon on one piece of low carb toast
L: three scallops, quarter cup creamed spinach
S: triple protein shake
D: cup of beef veg soup - mostly the beef and broth
S: 4 pieces white chocolate

fluids - yup
exercise - running around the office today

Looks good. You're staying on track pretty darn well. 

I'm trying to get the Christmas carbs out of my system. I told DH and Son#2 that I'm on cooking strike for New Years. I worked my butt off for Christmas and I'm just not going to do it for New Years.

B – 1 cheese and toast, decaf tea & total yogurt with blueberries

S – protein shake (30g)

L – 1 veggie soy burger, 1 large mushroom & diet coke

D – a bit of everything: noodles, chilli mushrooms, potato bhajias, some other indian dishes…. & diet coke

S – fruit pie with cream (getting really sick and tired of these damn pies!) & decaf tea

S – 3 packets of baked crisps (chips)

 

Today was suppose to be my first day back to normal - alas! Everything was going smoothly until after my lunch – had a huge family gathering (bowling then restaurant) – food came very late – starving – ended up eating carbs!

I’m actually looking forward to going back to regular protein diet and getting in all my protein shakes!

I ate a bunch of protein yesterday.  The only carbs were in cake shakes, RTD protein shakes, and in the pizza sauce in a Brok's Pizza.  Oh and I ate some popcorn.  I ate no chocolate or candy at all on Tuesday.  Go me.

I lost 1 lb.

I would like to lose 5 more but will settle for 3.

Ugh.  I don't even want to think about my carb intake the last few days.
I've got a bladder infection, so I'm drinking tons of Cranberry juice.  Normally I get the diet kind or the Trader Joe's brand (100% cranberry juice!) but my friend picked me some up while I was home sick yesterday and it is the full carb kind.
I'm going to get more of the TJ kind tonight and just dilute it with water instead of diet ginger ale.  

BITES:
B- Bagel thin with cream cheese, 2 cups cranberry juice ****tail (12)
L- Progresso Clam Chowder soup, cranberry juice (7)
S - half an Adkin's granola bar, double protein shake (68)
D??  planned -  In & Out burger. (33) while picking up new RX

Don't even want to think about the total carbs!  Protein at least 120 grams.
Fluids:  pushing them hard
Exercites:  none - still feel ill.

what is protein coffee?
what is fage greek yogurt?
I am trying this with you to be accountable.  I will probably be a bit sporadic due to schedule.

BITES
B-scrambled eggs
L-protein shake
S - few slices lunch meat and a light yogurt
For Dinner I am having spaghetti squash spaghetti
Not sure about snack later.

Calcium

BTW....I have been so exhausted.  Need to redo my vitamin trays weekly.
