B: 1 sausage burrito at Wawa
L: Protein and yogust mixture (3 scoops Protowhey and 3 tablespoons high prob yogurt)
D: Turkey and turkey and turkey with some gravy at the end

VITES:
Does anyone need to take creatine? My creatine is in the dumps. I may need to supplement.
Calcium
Iron 300MGs and 1000MG Vit C in the morning on empty stomach

Exercites:
Walk around the neighborhood

I haven't heard of anyone. That may be one to talk to your doc about this one.

Not doing well today

two doses of vitamins today so far, will probably get one more in

B: 3/4 of a two egg omelet with 7 slices of ham, 4 pieces of bacon and cheese plus most of a slice of low carb toast with butterle
L: double protein drink
D: 4 scallops sauteed in butter and parmesean with some creamed spinach
S: Breyers low carb fudgesicle

Fluids - not yet enough today will finish some G2 and another bottle of water soon.

Okay felt guilty when I saw it in writing.

Just did 25 minutes on my resistance bike after increasing the tension bands a little and finished off a 32 ounce G2 and took another dose of vitamins.  Not sure I will do another protein drink but am thinking about it

today was a very very bad day (also going to have a bad day tomorrow!!)
  

 

B - 1 cheese and toast, decaf tea & total yogurt with blueberries

S - protein shake (30g)

L - cabbage curry with total yogurt

S - nuts

S - a few small pieces of fudge & 2 mint sweets

D1  - pani puri (don't know how to describe this…) it’s mung, chickpeas & potatoes in minty spicy water & baby corn bhajias, cauliflower bhajias, & a diet coke

D2 - tofurkey (2 veggie stuffed turkey slices) with mushroom gravy, and mashed potatoes (lots of butter, double cream & cheese)

S - 1 kipping fruit pie with squirty cream, 1 small piece of chocolate custard pudding, & 1 glass of milk

(got a headache with all the sweet stuff)

 

took all my vites, but did not have enough protein shakes (busy the whole day cooking & entertaining!)

1/2 slice ww toast w/cheddar cheese
cashews
hot artichoke dip w/ rye crackers
mini carrots
diluted oj protein drink w/vanilla powder
baked ham
green bean casserole
escalloped pineapple
pecans
3 peppermint patties
3 malt balls
1/2 cookie
planned:   another protein coffee

vites:  trying to play catch up all day.  missed first morning batch (wth???)
fluids:  most excellent 90+ oz by bedtime
