B2: Fage yogurt with half a blueberry granola bar
L: cheese
S: 34-degree crackers with cream cheese
S: bacon, bacon and more bacon (about 12 total slices today)
D: double protein shake
S: Starbucks very berry coffeecake (half a piece)
S: more cheese and ham

Lots of fluids
Vitamins - 4 doses, will try to sneak another one in before bed

Most of my protein is from shakes.  Even with the food, the quantity I eat is so minimal I use food only to supplement the shakes.  

I typically try to get 100-120 grams per day during the week from shakes and 80 grams on the weekend when I can munch/graze more.

Tomorrow is going to be interesting .. We leave for my cousin's place at 3:30 PM. We'll get there around 5 PM hopefully ... I ran out of milk AND hot dogs today, bad planning on my part.

merry merry all.  'tis the season of cookies.  man, they are everywhere.  i've done ok. 
hubs and i drove around the neighborhoods and looked at all the lawn decorations. so pretty.

double protein coffee
7 smoky links
1 cheesy scrambled egg
1/2 pc whole wheat toast w/butter
leftover shrimp fried rice, had 1/2 chicken breast in frige & added it to the shrimp
1 each:  shortbread cookie, caramel cookie, lemon square
1 scoop protein coffee
big mac (minus 2 of the bun portions)
few fries
double protein decaf coffee
pecans
peanuts

fluids:  70+ oz
