Protein Coffee:
Brew a pot of coffee
In a 20oz shaker bottle with wire ball, add 4-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder.
Cover and shake to blend.
Pour the protein slurry into a huge coffee mug.
Add hot coffee on top of the protein slurry and stir.

Merry Christmas Eve,
Made Christmas cookies then ate the, but sure tasted good. A year ago I never dreamed I would be able to eat Christmas cookies again,
