evening batch: pending

B – 1 cheese and toast & decaf tea

S – protein shake (30g)

S – nuts

L – tofu and bean sprouts soup (wagamama)

S - protein shake (30g)

S – total yogurt with blue berries

D – kidney beans curry & salad

S – a very small piece of chocolate custard pudding (!!!!)

S – kidney beans curry, 2 crackers with cheese & decaf tea

S – protein shake (30g)

been drinking lots more water - in case i'm not drinking enough!! 
have increase Vit D from 50,000 to 100,000;)

Excellent! I hope the extra D3 helps. Awesome Bites--a little bite of custard is fine. Isn't custard mostly eggs?

i had no idea custard was usually made of eggs:O

the custard we use is eggless - basically made from custard powder, milk and sugar:)

Ahh...I see. Looked it up. Not a great habit in large quantities I see.

Just list what you ate today. BITES:  B-breakfast, S-snack, L-lunch, etc.  VITES: list your batches and if you finished them.  EXERCITES: is optional to list what exercise you did.

Protein Coffee:

Brew a pot of coffee
In a 20oz shaker bottle with wire ball, add 4-6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 1/2 scoops of IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon protein powder.
Cover and shake to blend.
Pour the protein slurry into a huge coffee mug.
Add hot coffee on top of the protein slurry and stir.

Hi Gina....
Merry Christmas Eve,
Made Christmas cookies then ate the, but sure tasted good. A year ago I never dreamed I would be able to eat Christmas cookies again,

B: bacon double protein shake

L: turkey and Swiss on WW thin bun (ate the whole thing but took an hour), mini pickles
S: Christmas cookies
D: chilli with about a tablespoon of rice and cheese and tomatoes
