XP: 11 months out today
I had my DS 11 months ago today...
Made my original goal in Sept of 135...
Today I weigh 133.2 and aiming for 125.
I've lost another 2.875 inches...down a total of 54 and 11/16th since surgery.
And my Body Fat has gone from 54.26% to 30.96%
:) YIPPEE
