I second a Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope everyone has a wonderful protein filled day. Took me an hour and half to eat my crab legs. ! YUM ! I really WANT dessert, but there is no room at this time... maybe a bite or two later on.

Health and happiness to all !

Merry Christmas Becky! I made a big prime rib roast and feasted on wonderful protein myself! But I won't deny I had a few Godiva truffles and little slice of pecan pie but I did pay the price for those and in retrospect will avoid them next holiday season!
