B1: triple protein shake
B2: half a sandwich with low carb bread, 6 slices of ham, 3 slices of bacon and a slice of colby jack
S: 34-degree cracker with cream cheese
S: glazed shipley donut (boss' fault)
L: 34-degree cracker with cream cheese, piece of string cheese
S: another donut (bad boss)
S: two pieces of ham
S: triple protein shake
D: tilapia with parmesan and browned butter with cheddar, creamed spinach and pickled beets
S: two crackers with colby jack

Fluids - oodles
Pills - 5 doses in

Yeah, today is a low carb day.  Only carbs I hope to get will be from the yogurt I had from breakfast and a few protein shakes.  The rest will be just normal stuff.

1 week and 1 day out from resleeve

Bad, bad day. Ugh.

M-Vitamins- 8 oz water
s-protein shake- 30g
l- 1/2 talapia pureed with mash potatos- threw up
s- water 16.9 oz

not much else.

I am having a bad food day. Had my first post op appointment and I am showing signs of dehydration so I agreed with my surgeon to focus more on water than anything else today. I was tired as hell so I slept most of the day away. But I am focusing more on water.

It's already after midnight and I only have had 2 16.9oz water bottles today.

Sqeeze some lemon juice into those water bottles and see if they go down and stay down a little easier. It's work, isn't it? Hang in there.
