New to the boards but wanted to say hello!

 New to the OH boards! I had my DS on 11-1-11 and so far so good! My highest weight was 295, date of surgery I was at 280, I am currently ringing in at 245 and I couldn't be more happy! For new years my goal was to have to get a size 20 dress (down from a 24), and while trying on dresses today I was happy to find out that I went above and beyond that goal. I ended up buying a size 18, woohoo, 

I would appreciate any advice that you could give to a new comer! I don't have any support groups in this region and none specific to DS.
