corned beef hash
2 fried eggs
6 animal crackers
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  on schedule
fluids:  80+ oz by bedtime

Hi Ladies.   Long day, I was at USC with my youngest sister, she had RNY with Dr.Crookes today. She did great, may come home tomorrow..  So I kinda grazed thru my day, kinda a bottomless pit day.  All I can say is USC's Cafe kicks butt compared to local hospital my mom was at..
This is over 12 hrs..
Coffee with Creamer
2Sausage patty, 2 slices bacon, 1 c. Scrambled egg with ham
2 packet of Almonds (chili lime) yum
Coffee Decafe with creamer
1c. tuna salad and a slice of ww bread
32 ozPowerade Zero
10 garlic parmasan hot wings
2 protein drinks
2 string cheese
carrots
2 sf peppermint patties ( didn't know they existed until I seen them at USC giftshop)
3 20oz bottles of water

Vites; All in
Fluids; all in
Exercise: not much a few walks around hospital

Congratulations to your sis. Looks like you made good choices even for a bad hosp cafeteria...or you packed your own.

Thank you, I am excited for her. I wish she could of got DS but she had some medical problems that made it a bad choice. I trust Dr.Crookes to know which was best for her. It was Part of what I packed but alot of what I found in the Cafeteria.The gift shop had a variety of dried fruit and nuts that was pretty decent.  Only thing that got to me was sf peppermint patties, musta been sugar alcohols in them.
