1/3 cup of mashed potatoes/salmon pureed- (15g)
2 bottles of water 16.9 x 2
1/2 bottle of sf koolaid 16.9/2
Are you just emptying the capsules into your shakes and food? If vitamins are still a little iffy that might help some.
