D - NC BBQ sandwich, coleslaw and hard cider

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 2 done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: almost done

EXERCITES:
2 - 15 minute walks

L – paneer with tomato gravy & salad

S - paneer with tomato gravy & salad

S – a packet of crisps and some indian carby snacks (was STARVING – think my appetite has increase again)

S - protein shake (30g)

D – lady fingers curry & eggplant curry

S - 2 small peaches

S – crackers with butter and cream cheese & butter and jam (reduced sugar)

S – protein shake (30g)

Nausea and pain meds- 1 week out today

B- 1/2 bottle (5oz) gatoraid
Vitamins- daily, calcium, d
S-Chobani Yogurt - Blackcherry (14g)
L-pureed black beans, chicken broth, lactose milk added, with grilled salmon pureed- (25g)
vitamins- multi, calcium, d
D-Muscle Milk shake- (20g)
iron + c
1/3 cup of mashed potatoes/salmon pureed- (15g)

2 bottles of water 16.9 x 2
1/2 bottle of sf koolaid 16.9/2

You're doing great! You've got some nice varierty already going there.

Are you just emptying the capsules into your shakes and food? If vitamins are still a little iffy that might help some.

Good idea. I feel like I am eating too much in my mind. But I just hate shakes I want to be patient and get as much protein  as a I can from food.

Hang with that Greek yogurt. Won't stretch you out like dense meals will.
