How do we move our ticker?

Color me stupid, but I can't figure out how to move my ticker to reflect my weight loss.  Could someone help me out here?

 Click on "My Account" then select "Health Tracker" and on the first tab, I think it says Body, you are able to enter your current weight in the "Body Weight & Composition" section. It should then automatically save and update the ticker for you (:
