I put the daily thread in both places and please post there as well if you like. It's on the Main Board there...{day of the week} + Bites & Vites.

Are you sure it's your B12? We can be double the top of the range and be just fine. How are your iron makers and vitamin D3?

the links above are my 4 month lab results. B12 was 2000. i was talking 1 tablet (5000mcg) a day - now i take it every other day.
waiting for my ds doc to come back to me about when i can do the blood tests.
as far as i can tell my D3 and iron look ok? lately i've been taking my iron and copper at 4am - i wake up to go to the toilet - before going to bed i take the iron & copper - i hope that's ok.

sorry quality is bad and a bit cut off - i've put them on my photo album - better view:)

Your iron actually looks ok if I'm reading your ferritin correctly. Take the iron when it fits your schedule best.

The D3 is marked as insufficient though. You may need to double up on what you're taking. I have to take 100,000IUs 3 days a week and 50,000IUs the rest of the time.

If you've reduced your B12 to every other day, that should bring it down. It can be double the top of the range and shouldn't give you issues.

PTH looks good and calcium looks good but the D3 needs to come up.

Not bad over all though. Keep up the good work.

You could add an extra D3 in any of the batches but iron. How about with the late afternoon calcium or at bedtime?

I would do 100K every day for 3 months and then cut back and retest.
