Hi guys,

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - pistachios
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
S - Rockin' Roll bar
D - baked fish and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: 2 done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
cleared out the old fridge and kitchen in the other suite at work and moved all the keepable stuff to the new suite

Hi Gina.
I posted earlier, but it went to the great black hole in the OH sky.
... And then it showed up, so I deleted it.

BITES:
B: double protein shake, gingersnaps (60 protein.)
(But it gave me gas, so don't be mad.)

L: Satay chicken thighs, extra peanut sauce, truffles (27)
S: homemade potato skin with tons of cheese & greek yogurt (24)
D: Don't know yet - probably chicken.

VITES: 3 batched down, bedtime & proferrin to go.
FLUIDS: A-okay
EXERCITES: none so far.

Try making some Paula Deen's Magic Peanut Butter Cookies. The recipe is on Food network. I think you can add all kinds of things to them if you like ginger, add some ginger. I've heard folks say you can add protein powder to them too.

I made low carb bread machine bread last night, yay!

B Veggie Burger & Egg Open faced on 1 slice low carb bread (32g)

S  Coffee and Cream (4g)

L  Genoa Salami, Turkey, Cheese sandwich on slice low carb bread (28)

S Starbucks Iced Sugar Free Vanilla Latte made with Breve (4g)

D  Chili Colorado made with rib eye beef 4 oz (33g)

Vites: 2 more batches

Exercites: 20 mins Valerie Bertinelli DVD

B – 1 cheese and toast & decaf tea

S – protein shake (30g)

L – black dhal

S – paneer curry & corn curry

S – protein shake (30g)

S – seeds/nuts & dried fruits

D – 1 veggie soy burger, 1 large mushroom, and 1 piece of halloumi & diet coke

S – paneer in tomato gravy

S – total yogurt with blueberries

S – protein shake (30g)

S – 1 piece terry’s orange chocolate

 

Not feeling too good! Tired, dizzy, lack of energy for the past 2 weeks – getting worse – think my B12 is still too high. Going to get that checked out via blood tests asap – needed some dried fruits and 1 piece of chocolate for major energy.
