 Yea, the rib roast wasn't too bad! A little bland but I'll get the hang of it ... Hmmm maybe some BBQ sauce next time, or is that like a sacrilegious thing to do to rib roast?

Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, 1 oz cheese
Lunch- 4 oz shrimp with ****tail sauce
Dinner- 2 rib patties in BBQ sauce
snack- 6 chicken wings (mild)
snack- 1 white chocloate macadoamia nut cookie

Vites - Morning- done
11am- done
3pm- done
6pm- done
Bed- pending

Exercise- cleaning the house... Playing with kids

S – nuts & an apple (energy for gym workout!)

D – black dhal, corn curry, 1 toast with butter and decaf tea
