L: 1/2 cup cottage cheese (15g)
     Genoa Salami and Cheese Roll Up (5g)
    1 meatball (2g) 
S: Beef Jerky (7g)
D: Beef (4 oz rib eye) Fajitas with Vegetables) , No tortilla (33g)

Exercise:  1 hour hike (with my son) with one huge straight up part , plus,

I think the aliens got them all!!!  'Cause the aliens wanted to suck certain people's brains and replace them with glitter and marshmellow fluff.
New movie idea - DS vets vs. Aliens instead of Cowboys vs. Aliens!!!
   


It really is getting lonely around here!   Thank goodness you are still around, Gina.  (or should I just plan on posting B&V info elsewhere???)

L:  TJ Tandoori butter chicken, about 10% of  the rice that came with it, Earl Gray tea w/half & half, handful of triple ginger snaps.  (27 protein)
S:  Lean Dessert Banana Cream shake (46 g.)
D: probably will be 2 bunless chili cheese dogs (26)
Bedtime:  another protein shake (30g.)

VITES:  morning & noon batches done, evening, night, and proferrin pending.
FLUIDS:  plenty
EXERCITES:  full contact shopping later tonight.

Gina, I've visited the other site and will post there too, but not overly impressed with it yet.

It's taking me some getting used to too but I hear it's only temporary.  Good Bites today. Looks like you might want to get up and walk some if you can...unless you're dancing a few times a week.

Yes, I know I need to get walking. This "temporary" job thing is a pain. Leave early and I'm not getting home til 6-7pm. With the holidays, no dancing for awhile. I have some extra time off in the next week and planning to get my walks back in. At my "real" job there's tons more walking...about 3-4 mikes daily (checked on my walktastic to verify.)
