I am at a loss of words to express how bad I feel for you.  Most stories are success stories and very rarely do we hear of a story like yours.  My heart breaks for you and what you and your family went through this year.  Prayers for a better healthier year for you.

Terry, it's good to see you here again, and I'm sorry you have been through so much to get your revision.
     But I'm glad that you, and now Nannette also, posted your revision story. People need to understand that revisions, esp RNY to DS revisions, are higher risk, and that even with the best of surgeons, serious complications can and do happen.
     I'm glad you're better now and hope you will be able to love your DS one of these days.

Thank you for your post you got Nannette to come out and post also she was on my mind.At times I thought I was the only one who was going through hell and wasn't in love with my DS quite yet everyday is getting easier.Enjoy your holidays.....Kenya

I too, am glad that you posted, I do think that it is very important that all pre-op know that this can happen (me included.... I leave a week from tonight to have my RNY to DS revision with Dr. K)

You are in excellent hands.  I will be thinking of you and sending you well wishes.  Luckily I was in the small percentage that have problems.  Keep the faith and Happy Holidays.
