 B--coffee
B2-- coffee double scoop protein shake with half and half
L--Chinese Buffet....chicken, shrimp, beef and broccoli, 2 sushi pieces, few bites of hot and sour soup, 3 bites of ice cream. Couldn't eat everything I took. Just sampled alll of it and ate mostly the shrimp.

D--BLT sandwich on low carb bread with avocado.

S--2 fun size snicker bars

All vites and walked around the mall for exercise.

Shrimp sure are lifesavers at the buffet. I can always eat shrimp when I can't eat chicken or beef.

not a good day today either with carbs! saw my dad eating a mince pie - and that's it!! i could not stop my self...

B - 1 cheese and toast & decaf tea

S - protein shake (30g)

L - 2 soy burgers with salad & diet coke

S - protein shake (30g)

S - total yogurt with blue berries

D - 2 veggie slices of turkey, 1 cheese and toast & decaf tea

S - 1 fruit pie (kipplings! - they are small size) with cream, & 4 peices of terry's orange chocolate

S - protein shake (30g)

What protein powder do you use for your coffees?

I use IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon mostly and it can be blended with many flavors and SF syrups and such.

Breakfast- 3 oz Vension Loin
Snack- couple bites cookie bar
Lunch- 2 oz Venison Loin
Dinner- 8oz Siroloin steak
 one bite of a steak fry
 small thing off  cheese cake (maybe 4 bites)
snack- peanuts
snack- 2-pickled sausages.

Vites-
All taken

Exercise-
Chasing kids all day, and shopping for a couple hours
